Consignment Item Return Policy:

If we have made an error in our listing, or the item arrives damaged we will be happy to accept the item for refund. We asked that contact us within 2 business days from the purchase date and keep the damaged packaging. Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. The buyer will be responsible for returning the item. We will either refund or replace the item per your preference.

New Item Return Policy:

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an appropriate credit, replacement.  Once you have been issued a return number you will have 30 days to return the item(s) in question. If a replacement item is deemed necessary, it will be shipped in the same manner as the original was ordered. In most cases overnight or expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Unless otherwise noted, full or partial credit will be determined by our Returns Department upon infection of the item(s) in question. For more specific questions, please email or call us.

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and securely transmitted to us. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Furniture pieces will shipped by freight out of Wichita, Ks. We use a shipping company that has expertise in shipping fine antiques, furniture, and art pieces. We will work closely with you and the freight company to get your purchased item delivered to you. 

International Shipping please allow 1-3 weeks (non-freight items) Buyers are responsible for any Customs and import taxes.  We do our best to meet the above shipping guidelines but cannot guarantee them.
