We are situated in the "Old Pepsi Warehouse" building. The owner, Ben Skene, grew up in the house that is attached to the warehouse, which now houses Plum Street Cottage's boutique.  When the Pepsi warehouse was relocated, it was converted into four different shop areas and was typically used as an automotive repair shop. We acquired the property in the early '90s and commenced the transformation of Plum Street Cottage in 2020, starting with the house and expanding into the warehouse. It didn't take long before we expanded to our charming little event cottage located at 514 N Plum. In December 2023, we further expanded to the old Filling Station, situated at 701 W. Broadway Street, known to many as Miller's Sinclair Station.
